Can I let my dog off leash in Anchorage?
Only in limited cases. Anchorage's Title 17 requires owners to control their animals at all times. Control by command is allowed only when the animal is engaged in an activity that cannot be done on a leash, in an area normally used for it, in a way that minimises impact on others, such as agility trials or retriever training.
