Under Waltham Forest's dog control orders, dogs must be on a lead at all times on all highways, footways and public car parks, and in Harrow Green, Jubilee Gardens (both on High Road Leytonstone), Langthorne Park, Cann Hall Park, Cathall Green and Henry Reynolds Gardens. The council lists The Linear Park off Grove Green Road (E11) among places where dogs may be walked off the lead. No one may walk more than 6 dogs at once.
