PawAlarm creates a search ad from the information provided by users and places it for the booked duration on social networks in the chosen region. A specific outcome (finding the pet) is not guaranteed.

Prices depend on the selected package and the number of search days, and are displayed before purchase. Payment is made in advance via Stripe.

An ongoing search may be extended for an additional fee. If the pet is found, users may end the search; the ads will then be stopped.

Only genuine search reports for actually missing pets may be created. Submitted content is reviewed automatically; abusive or inadmissible content will be rejected and may be refunded.

If a paid ad cannot be placed for reasons attributable to us, the amount will be refunded.

PawAlarm's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid. No liability is accepted for user-generated content or for the conduct of third parties.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider in Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
